Wait, Snout, are you Sander Zuidema?
Hold on... Im checking the emails. Yes you are! I never made the connection until now. I must admit it gets a bit confusing with the forum names. I should have checked actually.

I also spent the week speaking to Patrick Smeets before actually realising who he was.

Clearly a sign that I need a vacation, Im missing all the small details. Wink

Anyway, if manuel leaves an email, I will email it to him. Smile
Should have it done by the end of Sunday.

mth spoke of packaging disk games to run with C-BIOS...
Anyway, patrick Smeets has donated Blade Lords for usage on the cover disc, and I was wondering if it would be possible to set it up to run with C-BIOS?

We can't include the normal MSX BIOS roms, and although most people can find MSX emus on their own, it would make things easier slightly.

So, if youre still interested mth, drop me an email. Smile

Szczepaniak : I can send you a ROM version of Blade Lords, it can be runned on a MSX2 machine with C-BIOS (Just checked in blueMSX)

Send me a mail to benoit.delvauxATfreebel.net (replace AT by @)

Hi

Thanks for all the help.

Editing is nearly done, images are all looking good.
Drafts will be emailed by the end of today hopefully.

The disc will include blueMSX C-BIOS version and also openMSX along with source etc.

Otherwise this whole expose is looking amazing, even if I do say so myself. Smile
I am certain few people outside of Holland realise how much depth there is.

Probably a bit lame to post (considering I made it myself) but Kobashi is a small game I made for the MRC Under Water challenge. I think it runs under C-BIOS also.

Its a lot better than I could program! Smile
Though I have trouble getting the fish to eat the food.

Ok, Im am fast running out of time, so if anyone from Holland wants their Dutch made MSX games on the disc, make sure they run in C-BIOS and then post a diorect URL to them here.
I will save them and then include them in a misc folder when I hand the article in. You gotta be fast though, I want to burn this sucker onto CD and post within the next couple of days. The earlier I hand it in, the more time they can spend on layout etc. making it look great. (plus with all the galleries Im including, they will need extra time for that)

Ok, now I have to dash, I have a mountain of work that wont go away. Wink

Thanks again

Apparently the sprite collision interrupt doesn't work in blueMSX making the food not eatable. The latest version of openMSX (and earlier versions) emulate it correctly though.

Anyway, here is a patched version that will also work on blueMSX.
