Trying to contact Sunrise folks

Hello guys,

It´s been quite a while that i´m trying to contact Rob regarding an order i´ve place some time ago, and i´ve been pretty out of luck.

Does anybody have an updated contact info on him? Maybe even a phone number? Smile I´ve been emailing him @ the email linked in his profile for quite some time now and no answer at all...

Is there anyone else on Sunshine that can help me, or it´s pretty much Sunrise == Rob?

The only thing you can do is contact him via the e-mail address which is stated in the Contacts list at Sunrise. Sales is completely run by Rob and he has had something else on his mind lately because of personal circumstances. Try again if you got no reply within 2 weeks, is all I can say.

I had email contact with rob without problems now.
So personal circumstances is not the problem

Well, we see this kind of posts every few months here on MRC, and for some reason that helps most of the time, as Rob then finally finds the time/energy/will to answer those e-mails.
Sunrise/Rob's activity is a hobby, and not a professional run company, but indeed: Waiting for 2 - 3 months for an answer is really, really bad. Especially if you have already paid for an order (I don't know if this is the case now though). There is excuse for this.... Sorry :-(

Anyway, just to be on the safe side: Try sending your e-mail from another e-mail address, maybe your current mails end up in a spam filter? And if this doesn't help: Just hope he ever gets around to helping you Smile

They seem to be out of business? Did you try the e-mail address on that page as well?

That swiss site is dead for ages. The only thing that happened is that Rob Hiep probably got the access codes he asked for months ago. Rob is busy with his own webstore, that will probably get a formal announcement soon.

No, they're 100% in business. Just don't use the address from that website, but the one from the contact profile here.

I hate to bring the full story to the public but i guess that it might help, in the sense people might jump in and try to contact him on my behalf, maybe even someone who had his phone number and might feel pity about me. Smile

So here we go: I've contacted him on july 15 2010 and ordered a Moonsound and a Manbow2. He said he had MS for prompt shipment and Manbow2 would be ready on aug/sep.

On july 19 i've sent him € 166.50 via Paypal. He confirmed receiving it on july 20 and promised he would send MS on the following day ans M2 when available.

On october 10 i've contacted him saying i haven't received anything, no answer.

A week later i've tried again and on oct 16 he said he couldn't send the items because his father had passed away. I've paid my respect and waited a little longer.

Emailed him again in late october, on december and last week. And since that last email on oct 16 i have never heart from him again. Crying

If someone is a close friend of him and want to help i'll surely appreciate. At this point even a refund without inrerests would make me a happy guy - but what l would really love is to receive my items. Smile
