I'm DerZocker, a 25 year old console collector from Germany and i just bought an HitBit F1XV (should arrive next week Big smile) I know absolutely nothing about programming but I'm a pixel artist and i plan to look into the Dante 2 once the machine arrives. Even bought a USB floppy drive, just for the MSX
BTW Is there an english introduction to MSX Basic somewhere around and are there any important commands I should know?

Hi,

There's programming info here. But foremost, there's this forum, where you'll find plenty people showing a helping hand.

Hi DerZocker,

You mention that you plan to look into Dante 2. Perhaps it is useful to know that on some Futuredisks (available for download on this site) there were articles which explained how to work with the program. Though the articles are in Dutch they might be understandable or can be translated.

The articles are on the following Future Disks:
14,15, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21,22, 23, 24

And of course you should look into DD-Graph or Graphsaurus as well, as they are the most used graphics programs on MSX.
