I am selling a Sony HB-F1XDmk2 MSX2. I have owned the machine for a few years now, but I feel like it is time for me to let it go.
One mention I do want to mention is that the floppy drive is NON-WORKING. It stopped reading disks on me a while ago, and I took it out to try and fix it and never got it back in. The enclosure is still there, but it just needs a new drive inside. Someone who is infinitely more handy with the MSX than I am could surely replace it without any problems. Despite this, it still boots normally and plays cartridge games without a problem. I also have the box to go with it.
I'm also including a MegaFlashROM SCC+ (1GB) and Nowind interface. Both of these were bought by myself when they came out. They are in great working order.
I also have a couple of controllers to add: A Hudson Joycard Super-X and an Elecom JC-200. Both were made specifically for the MSX computer. They, too, work without any problems.
I am asking for $200 (145 euros), plus shipping, for the whole set (Just be aware that I am shipping it from the United States). If you feel like this is an unfair price, just let me know, as I have not kept up with MSX sales in a few years or so. I may also entertain parting it out if there is enough interest, but for now, I would like to sell all as one unit. Just send me a message if you're interested. Thank you!
