It's very well playable. There is an official English version as well, though, which has been sold at WOOMB and is temporarily unavailable, but I expect it to be available again on short notice.

unfortunately i have to add shipping and german tax fee´s.

Yes, the Woomb release was the best translation by far. I really loved the reading the english scanned manuals and other pdf documents that came with it. When do you think Woomb will return? I so want to play their translation of Hydlide II.

You have two options, I'd recommend express over priority:
USPS Priority International (6 -10 days) with tracking, no insurance = $28
USPS Express International (5 days) w/ tracking + insurance = $35
