It is for sale right now on Yahoo Japan. It is not cheap, but you already knew that.

The seller will not send the game outside japan, so I think you have to buy it using MOJ, Rinkya or maybe there is another way to get it shipped outside Japan?

Floppy Disks are a "bad" collectible since magnetic media degrades over time due the earth's magnetic field...in 10 years or so the disk may not be readable. Magnetic data requires consistent copying and backing up...original disks are a bad collector's investment...unless you are doing it for the box and manual.
