There was a manual in there as well. That too got a beating but it surely has been crushed, not torn. There is a metal scrape on the front, so I figure a large post-trolly has been pushed over it. Or maybe it got crunched by the loading hatch of a truck.

After being able to insert the folded board with broken IC it still seems to work. Wow.

Oh, and for those that are interested how TNT deals with this; You get nothing, not even the shipping costs.

unless it was sent insured, you get nothing indeed. But even then, I wonder how much you'd get back.

good to hear it's at least still working.

Only a narrow minded person could think of sending a neogeo (with its thin plastic case) in that ridiculous bag. I think you should start to think straight, instead of suing the courier company. It is not their fault if you don´t know how to wrap a package or send a fragile object.

@ale101: neogeo? Where's the neogeo? It's an MSX2 cart, Ikari Warriors, by SNK. RTFP! Wink Very nice and polite words, anyway. Tongue

You're addressing a lot of people over here on MRC now. Thank you I am one of those I guess (and all sellers I bought games from).
