1 chip MSX FS

If you're referring to that other thread: that was prices asked by 1 specific eBay seller who is known to ask ridiculous prices Perhaps (s)he even sells them at that, but that doesn't mean it's reasonable price or market value...

I think 'normal' price for a 1chip is currently around 250~300 Euro's, which would be... 350~400 something US$.

For buyers: cheaper alternative is an Altera FPGA development board (+some DIY to add joystick / cartridge connectors) or the FPGA Arcade Replay board. The latter also not MSX-specific, and would require 1chipMSX design to be ported to it, but chances are good that someone will do it - that board is just too nice not to be used for MSX applications. LOL!

It's not very nice to question the prices of stuff offered here.

Two sold in June and April for $500, then in July for $800. I have to be inclined to think that's how much it's worth if people are buying them at those prices.
