There is going to be a reissue of the MSX Undeadline game.

On Twitter, I've seen an image of a cartridge release, but the site mentions it's a reissue on diskette.

Anyone has more info? The price is pretty high, isn't it?

I think the cartridge is a repro unrelated to the BEEP release.

The price is indeed too high.

Are you talking about my repro ? Smile

It's only a funny reproduction with a dsk2rom version of the UK patched dsk...
Not a commercial product !

Beep-shop seems to have a license from D4 Enterprises to resale some games. The first one will be a disk version of 89' Undeadline for 16280 Yen.

The price is excessive.

Well, you have to consider that they won’t produce a high number of these. Combine it with high quality of the package, inlay, manual, label on the disk (assumptions for now) the price will go up. I suspect they expect a high collector’s value from a rare product in a couple of years justifies the price (but it is questionable whether interest in MSX will remain at what level and for how many years).

We're talking about one floppy disk... and one plastic box...
We can't decide a price about a potential future price !

If anybody wants to order the Undeadline reissue, please be aware that the deadline is February 16th 2020.
And yes, my credit card receipt tells me the price is excessive.

Whatever they do, nothing beats the value of a first print.
