I am sorry for your grandmother Robert, I agree with ro that regardless of the age, it always painful to lose a loved one, as I had to do recently.

Regarding the game, will we have proper, frequent communication from now on? Was the game sent today 17th or is it going to be sent tomorrow 18th? Can I (we) have the tracking number? I understand that you can have other matters that renders you unable to answer buyers' email or send the game; if this is the case, I prefer a refund.

Shame is not understanding why a user request a refund for a pre-paid highly priced game that was never received while the development team ignores him for more than half a year.

Regarding the game. I will post them tomorrow since I only just finished working a few minutes ago. I will mail the track & trace codes so you can both follow your package. I can't promise that I will answer any mail in 24 hours but I will check the Team Deva email more regularly. If that's not enough for you I will gladly refund you as I did with Migui23 today. No problem.

@RobertVroemisse Your payment comes out as blocked, right now I still do not have the money, it will be that you did not send it to me as a friend, which I did with you as you asked.

Total that I also lose a couple of euros, nothing happens, I hope tomorrow the money is at my disposal.

That's OK for me Robert. I am not -and never was- looking for answers or deliveries in 24h, I just don't want to be left in the dark again.
