@KDL currently we don`t have news from Robert, I hope this changes this weekend (he already contacted with karloch but not with Migui23 so I am not sure what is currently happening)

I had sent an email on behalf of karloch and Robert immediately came back to him, but I can't tell you if it was a coincidence. Now I have done the same for Miguel.

Thank you very much @KDL for the help and interest, in my case, I promise that I still do not receive the game.

Robert still has not contacted me, I put my emails back, he can check and review all my data, the Paypal payment, etc.

Let's see if this is resolved soon, I just want my game and that Robert does well, I will continue to wait for news.

Hi there, I received my DEVA about 2 months ago (it was from the second batch too), I know @Migui23 from Malaga and he showed me the game payment details and everthing, so it's too bad he did no received his game yet, I'm sure @RobertVroemisse can solve this situation but it's a bit strange that he did not get in touch with him during these last weeks.

I have to bring up again this thread as Robert has not answered a single email to Miguel or me since he wrote here, and of course neither of us have received any game. A quick recap:

  1. I order DEVA on 18th March 2021. Paid 63.5 EUR via Paypal as friends (wrong!).
  2. I get confirmation on 20th March 2021 that the payment has been received. All nice and ok here.
  3. On 2nd June 2021 I write an email asking for the shipment status. No answer from the team.
  4. On 7th June 2021 I write again to them in case my first email was lost or something. No answer.
  5. On 27th July 2021 I write them again and guess what, no answer.
  6. On September 2021, *7 months after* I paid, I see many people is getting the game, but I don’t and there is not any communication from “the team”.
  7. On 21st September 2021 I write Team DEVA and Robert email address asking for the status of the game shipment and if something has gone wrong. I don’t get any answer from any of the two email addresses.
  8. On 23rd September 2021 this thread is created with the hope of an alternative way of getting in contact with them.
  9. On 27th September 2021 and thanks to the support of the community, I finally get an answer from Robert. Indeed, there was a problem with the parcel, it was shipped and returned due to not having Street Address on it. These things can happen, but how could the problem be solved without any communication? Fortunately it looks like there is communication now, the error detected and everything on track. Robert tells me the parcel will be shipped again same day or next day. I ask for confirmation when it’s done.
  10. On 8th November 2021 I have not received any further communication from Robert. I don’t know if the parcel was shipped, if not, if the address was correct or not. I write him again requesting if the game was finally shipped. No answer.
  11. On 11th November 2021 I send an email again to Robert almost praying I am not left in the dark again… No answer. I write to Miguel to know if he is in the same situation and sadly he is.
  12. Today, 17th November 2021, no answer was received.

I never had such a bad experience with anything I ordered in the MSX community. If you take a look at the timeline, you will see that I never had any hurry, I understand this is a hobby activity and that people have other problems in real life, as I have. This is not about good service or deadlines, this is about respect to your fellow MSX community people who pre-paid for a project in which we put our trust.

Once again, I am sorry to ask here, could someone with closer contact with Robert to let him know there are two people who trusted him and his project in the dark, just because he won’t spend 2 minutes sending two emails? I lost interest in the game so whatever I get the game or a refund is ok for me.

As the colleague @karloch says, I still don't know anything about @RobertVroemisse, no contact email, no game, no refund of my money or anything.

As @karloch says, I have never seen anything like it, I understand that we all have our own lives and daily problems, but answering an email is a minute.

Please @RobertVroemisse, if you have a problem with the game and you will not be able to send it because you do not have it, much less than return my money, I only ask that.

I'm still waiting for solutions, to see what happens.

I leave my emails again so that @RobertVroemisse can check that everything was done correctly and check my details.

I am absolutely atonishied for the lack of a honest and proper response from Deva Team.

If they can´t solve the problem with Migui23 the minimum honest movement from them must be a full refund, if not, they will show an absolute lack of honesty and respect to the buyers not only as MSX users even as honest persons.

If they don´t respect users and minimal confidence rules between persons and break the confidence given I wonder if us as users should respect these kind of dishonest authors.

Is an absolute shame we have to face this problems in this way.
