Stuck on SymbOS whit Mister fpga

Hello everyone, i'm not able to load Sofarun anymore, cause as i lunch VHD, i load always SymbOS , I'm stuck.
I deleted the boot.bat but i don't understand what to do. I'm stuck in dos now. This is from readme file included whit the VHD:
"Stuck in SymbOS? use the file finder to locate 'boot.bat' and delete this file. Then reboot - from the dos prompt type in basic menu.bas en push the right arrow while you have 'reset to defaults' selected."

Right button? i'm in dos. And where can i select "reset default" ?
Any help? i'm a beginner ^^; thank you

Well, just execute the steps as you mentioned:
1.locate 'boot.bat' and delete this file.
2.Then reboot
3.from the dos prompt type in basic menu.bas
4.push the right arrow while you have 'reset to defaults' selected."

Looks like you stopped after completing step 2.

i totally novice whit dos, i was typing menu.bas only, whitout the word "basic".. Thank for help, solved o/
