No, I can't. The main domain forces the use of SSL. The MSX can't handle that by my knowledge.

Force http with rewriteEngine in a htaccess Wink
SSL will not work with GR8NET
But you can edit your pages with some directories on HTTP (instead of HTTPS)

I am already forcing https in htaccess for the full main site. But are we sure gr8net can't handle subdomains? The msx.file-hunter.com I set up doesn't use SSL at all. And I don't like experimenting on the main site if I don't need to.
I'd prefer to use a separate subdomain anyway as this will give me more flexibility in the future.

Just tested it, but it doesn't work 100%. I think the main reason is that your version is using html tables and the original version just has plain a href links with tabs/spaces and a newline.

Well, maybe that is it: I've removed the table-formatting and all are plain href links now. If someone could have another go?

Now it works somehow
I can browse folders. But when i try to start rom, most of them make "Cannot parse URI" error, only a few start. I guess it might depend on the filename length. F.e. Halnote started but Hacker (Activision) didn't. And in general, if long filename then got this error

Yep, we noticed this to. So at the moment I've also added a directory called "ShortNames". These files do work. The problem is indeed the filenames which include spaces and ( ) which the can't be handeld by the MSX parser.
Anyway... I now know how to get it to work. Now I have to think about how I want to implement it and IF I want to implement it, bacause if I do want to do it right, it's going to take a lot of work and time...

Thank you all for helping me with testing & the hints!

With quite some extra help from Sylvester it should be up and running now.
Just go to msx.file-hunter.com with your MSX and let me know :-)

Well, I'll be finetuning that a bit. The file-names and descriptions are now shortened a bit, but I'll work on that. Right now I'm just happy it works :-) Again: Thanks to all for your help!
