Hey all,

I was just taking a look at Princess Maker for old times' sake, and I noticed the calendar that's used is a bit 'off'. It doesn't seem to fit the Gregorian calendar... Any idea's as to what is should be? 01-01-1660 falls on a monday according to this calendar...

I think it has got something to do with the time in which Princess Maker is situated. Gregorian calendars were usual back then, weren't they?

Don't know, I guess it also depends on when the Gregorian calendar was adapted. This seems to differ from country to country.

Wasn't the Gregorian Calendar shifted some days during the Napoleon Era? I recall something happened like that, like they skipped four days or so...

I don't know... I do vaguely recall skipping 10 days in order to implement it, but that would've been in the 1500's...
