Apologize for this question but I can't find an answer anywhere.

So, here it is :

How can i do for converting .CAS files in files who can be read and written on a real cassette for the MSX ?

I saw that is possible but i don't know how...

If somebody can answer me, thanks gratefully.

For a direct using of a CAS file on a MSX2, Martos has created LOADCAS that you can find in the Files section of the Hispamsx Yahoo group :

http://es.groups.yahoo.com/group/hispamsx/

Click on Archivos, then on Utilidades

You must subscribe (and login) first to access to the files.

This feature is planned for a future version of MicroWAVer (maybe 0.92 or 1.0). Stay tuned !

By now, the most effective solution is the PC utility CAS2WAV ( http://home.kabelfoon.nl/~vincentd/ ). Once passed to WAV, you can record it on tape for the MSX to load it, or even connect the PC sound output directly to the MSX cassete port. This second option ensures better signal quality, so 2400-baud loading speed can be used pretty safely.

LOADCAS would be the best solution, since it doesn't involve the use of PC nor relay on cassete port at all (it emulates the tape directly from the CAS file on disk) but it needs heavy improvement yet: a majority of CAS images won't work with it.
