Today's question starts by looking carefully which controller is A and which one is B...

Given the current lockdown state, it seems highly unlikely that the event will be even possible.

Hmmm, today's question has a bit of knowledge, research, and luck all together. But there's also a philosophical side to it. Because what actually counts as a switch? Below are two random internals of joysticks I found online. Are these switches? If you draw them as schematics they certainly show up as switches. They're either on or off. I think that's how I'll answer the question anyway.

The question is not to count microswitches Wink

Right... That means I'll have to start over again. In my non-expert eyes every switch is mechanical cause it has moving parts. This simple question is too hard for me then.

As you surely noticed, this was a quite similar quest to last years 22th. ;)

A 7 Suzo TheArcade Turbo {one hidden on botton side
B 3 HAL HIS-10 Scanner {3 switches, two dials}
C 8 Sony JS-55 {one additional left/right hand switch}
D 1 SUNCOM Joy Sensor {only one switch, early touchpad}
E 2 KONAMI JE-503 {most easy, hmm?}
F 5 Suzo TheArcade {the most common dutch joystick, I guess?}
G 2 Mitsubishu ML-50JY {it has 2 fire buttons an two build in potentiometers. Who knows why...}
H 8 ASCOM {quite a generic MSX type joystick with a trigger button not seen in the image}

Today I only counted the right order, this leads us to our new highscore list:
