Ohh and Yes, there is a possibility that some of the "Business Kit" titles (those beginning with HBS-B as product code) released in Japan included MSX-DOS, but almost none of those titles have been preserved to my knowledge. In addition to the Lifeboat compilers, some of which seem to have included strange MSX-DOS versions, but I don't know how authentic those disks are.

If the possibility exists, then my text is correct. Sorry to insist on this point.

Business Kit titles are SEPARATE from the system disks that were included with the Sony computers. They were not included with the purchase of the HB-F500, and therefore don't belong to be listed on the HB-F500 pages.

Again, I don't have said that! You are speculating on non-existing parts of my text!!!

What about the unique HB-F500 disk? It's for this disk I'm speaking about the possibility that MSX-DOS 1 is included on this disk. Is it so difficult to understand????

mars2000you I'm done speaking to you, it is clearly completely pointless trying to have a conversation. You either are unwilling or unable to understand, or your just incapable of explaining things properly. Take your pick.

My 2 cents: if there isn't any evidence at all that there is MSX-DOS on the single provided disk, why even mention it? Wiki's benefit from facts, not from speculation, even if you write "this must be checked". Just don't mention it if you don't know.

If you do want to mention something, I'd write something along these lines: "There is no separate MSX-DOS 1 disk coming with this computer. We don't know whether the application disk includes it, as the exact contents of this disk is presently unknown."

@Manuel, while I agree in general. As I mentioned, I checked all the relevant MSX Magazines, and nowhere does it mention that MSX-DOS was included in the news/reviews or ads of either the HB-F500 or the Kanji Memo disk. And MSX-DOS being included would certainly have been mentioned as it was a big deal at that point.

They mentioned it for other systems like the CF-3300, FS-5000, FS-5500 and the FS-CF351 disk drive to name a few.

MSX-DOS (COMMAND.COM & MSXDOS.SYS) was present with several software on floppy disk without be mentioned. For example, Alpha-Pascal, BDS-C, HiBrid, etc

@gdx: can you complete this pinout for Hitachi MB-H3?

https://www.msx.org/wiki/RGB_(8-pin_DIN_45326)#Hitachi_MB-H3

It's based on info given by Msxholder : (version A -pin1=R-pin2=G-pin3=B-pin4=Csync-pin5=held high-pin6=audio-pin7=held high-pin8=GND.!!!!!!!)

I have no idea what means HELD HIGH and the optional correspondance on a SCART connector.
