Who made this slot expander?

In a box with MSX stuff I found this 4 slot expander. It is black. It has three slots on top with each a switch on the side and one slot behind. It looks like the case is 3D printed. It has no markings on it and I would like to know who created it.

Does anyone know?

Definitely a Modulon from Supersoniqs (i have the same one with 3D printed case, looks exactly like yours)
