Sharing mails now, amazing!! Still shows you were giving still a bunch of nonsense, that nobody had any problems and so on.
Check back this topic and you'll notice I'm not the only one, but regarding what you just posted, you are still to blind oto see what is actually goin on!
And all you did was putting the blame on the machine and the slotexpander was the holy grail in ur words, actual help has never occured at all!!
Well no matter what, issue has been resolved no thanks to Tecnobytes. This Brazilian slotexpander that's able to harm MSX computers will be returned, no way I'll continue on using it with risk of damaging my MSX even more, it just ain't worth it.
Well, if this type of post is not wrong (since it does not speak the truth), then I'm not sure what's right or wrong ...
Whoever knows us knows that we would never do that. But who does not know us?
On the internet everything is very simple ... speak whatever you want and that's it.
To build a reputation, it takes years or decades. To destroy, just a post of these ...
Sorry, Hamlet, but we take what we do very seriously and that kind of behavior is not part of what we consider correct.
Alex,
We have already told you how you need to proceed many days ago...

Like I said read the full topic, before giving me this bunch of crap.
It allready states that problem has been resolved, with no thanks to Tecnobytes, all you did was putting the blame on an MSX computer.
And as I also said before, I'm not the only one that had issues with the expander:
My Tecnobytes slot expander causes quite bad interference in video output on my TR.
I therefore no longer use it, and fell back on my Supersoniqs Modulon (which works perfectly).
Quite disappointing considering the great quality of previous purchases from Tecnobytes.
But ey, this expander is being returned, also got refunded. Now I can go for an actual high quality expander that doesn't harm my MSX and no more Tecnobytes hardware for me. I bought the expander based on good experiences of other users with other Tecnobytes products and spending some money was not the problem, but there's no room for malfunctioning products in my place.
ps: I go by the name of Hydragon and again sharing emails on a public forum? Ever heard of a thing called privacy? But fine, it's just sad behaviour that you had to go this way. Lack of respect seems also to be part of Tecnobytes standards.
Alex,
We are very happy to know.
Thank you for the information.
As said before, a 30 years old fuse might just break for no reason, it's 30 years old after all.
And the interference in the video output of Colemu's TR might be caused by a power problem. Perhaps he has no external power supply connected to the slot expander.

Actually the fuse was replaced with a new one 1,5 years ago. Doesn't explain it still suddenly breaks, after all the fuse wasn't that old.
Sorry. But i like the slot expander a lot! It is Super cool and i used it daily (3 hours a day) sometimes more on different machines. (can't help i am a msx freak) i find it a bit strange to react like this on technobytes. Why blaming someone else if something goes wrong. Beside that, this piece of hardware cost a lot of time to make and is created with a lot of effort and time. In my opinion if you buy hardware in the msx community there is always a risk that something goes wrong. What ever the reason. Beside that, if I go 4 times to the super market to buy food than it is probably already more expansive than this slot expander... Sorry for my reaction, normally I do not speak about things like this..
Maybe it just a good idea to close this threat, as I dislike to read things like this.
Case closed, it seems. So I'll lock this thread to prevent it from escalating (further).
