I'm not pro retrobrite. Old machines have their own charm. Like us. If Repair-Bas can't get you a keyboard, maybe a padial interface can serve you.
The Sony MSX2 line is one of my favorite computers and you have a very nice one. Congratulations!

They're quite rare indeed... The typer of the sportive kind tends to break the rails on the pcb with the edges of the keys.
Now this is an easier fix than a membrane. But just like the membrane variants, a broken keyboard is often the cause of a computer having to do without.

Try a padial ps/2 keyboard interface if you're totally without a keyboard. It takes a cartridge slot, but the keyboards which go in there are not as rare and expensive as the real sony keyboard.

update: NTSC/60Hz roms and fast floppy rom added to the post. If you want to convert yours, roms are ready, just burn a pair of 27c256
