Does anybody have schematics and PCB for Internal MSX-MUSIC extension or should I desing and publish it? Does any website have schamatics for that "orginal" 7 MHz turbo? This is good alternative:

i have some photos of such a print but i do not have the stuff to make them

as for the turbo from Alwin Henseler id would say "if he made it its a good piece of hardware"

maybe you can also look here

that info is in dutch though....

If you ever make such a print you can write me up for one or two...

Tahanks OeiOeiVogeltje! I think I find all necessary information from those pictures you provided and MSX2+ machine schmatics laying around internet. I write to you when I have made and tested such expansion. I am also ordered 20 pieces of YM2413 so the only "hard to find" part is no problem and that was not so hard to find. Big smile

I've also posted the Music extension of a 2+ on my website, incl. schematic, maybe it helps.

Thanks Luppie! Your site is good source for information and I already find that schematic from there.

My english is nothing more than a practical joke and my dutch is not even a joke but google translate help a lot for that bas-ditta.info site. There seems to be lot of good information. I am now explored only 2 months this MSX world so I need lot of help to get into it. Big smile

DIY gr8bit was my first MSX machine and I think that Eugeny should add MSX-MUSIC into GR8BUS master board. I think there is already YM2413 VHDL implementation so it would not to be hard?

Somthing like this with the mapper for the YM2413.

Single sided board, so easier to make. Designd from the scematic from Erik Luppes for a FM-Pac cartridge.

My frend is electonics engineer and I first ask his opinion and if he has any improvement succestions. Then I made first prototype. Well very first I need complete my Philips MSX2 to MSX2+ conversion project. Big smile

EDIT:
Now I send all pictures and schematics to my finnish electronics professional friend. Let's see what he thinks. This is very simple circuit but it does not hurt to ask as many professionals opinion as possible. Wink
