It should have a first option on that menu, called something IDE+RAM+blah-blah and this is to be used to start Nextor. There is an autostart option if you select this item and press A (if i'm not mistaken about letter A, but you can always check the keys functions of boot menu in the manual for Carnivore)
Do NOT fully erase anything 
There are some boot/Nextor/FMPAC/etc ROMs too, fully erase would require fixing afterwards. Though with c2man you can delete previously flashed games on your wish

Only the first function "00 Def Config: RAM + IDE + FMPAC + SCC" after selecting it makes the MSX restart and after a test it leaves the machine in MSX-DOS.

If I press the C key, again from the initial menu, the C2 Configuration page appears I cannot find any line with C2MAN.COM indications to load the ROM. Moreover, in the C2 user guide it is indicated: Make sure that all 3 BIN files (BIDECMFC.BIN, BOOTCMFC.BIN, FMPCCMFC.BIN) are in the same folder with the utilities. the above files are not there! Do I have to load other software in addition to the nextor system files already inserted? To use SofàRun do I have to download the files of this application and always insert them in the main folder of the CF?
