It should have a first option on that menu, called something IDE+RAM+blah-blah and this is to be used to start Nextor. There is an autostart option if you select this item and press A (if i'm not mistaken about letter A, but you can always check the keys functions of boot menu in the manual for Carnivore)
Do NOT fully erase anything There are some boot/Nextor/FMPAC/etc ROMs too, fully erase would require fixing afterwards. Though with c2man you can delete previously flashed games on your wish
Hello, only today I was able to try again the operation of Carnivora 2. Here is the menu that appears after turning on my MSX2 with the C2 inserted in the first cartridge slot All the pre-inserted games by the manufacturer that are in the list work correctly if selected with the space bar. If I press the C key, again from the initial menu, the C2 Configuration page appears I cannot find any line with C2MAN.COM indications to load the ROM. Moreover, in the C2 user guide it is indicated: Make sure that all 3 BIN files (BIDECMFC.BIN, BOOTCMFC.BIN, FMPCCMFC.BIN) are in the same folder with the utilities. the above files are not there! Do I have to load other software in addition to the nextor system files already inserted? To use SofàRun do I have to download the files of this application and always insert them in the main folder of the CF?

There are probably more files, see last line.
no, the files are all here, there are only other ROMs inserted by me. How do I start the C2MAN utility, to load other Roms in the C2? From MSX-DOS? If so, with what command? Do you need other files for the SofàRun utility, to always be placed in the same main folder where I have inserted the Nextor files?
put this cf card into a pc and put the necessary files there after you've downloaded them.
I have already inserted the Nextor system files in the main folder, downloaded from the link in the online guide of the C2, from the PC. I am interested in understanding how to start the C2MAN utility? From MSX-DOS? With what command? And possibly, what system files are missing.
