I think nobody use the second method. I just want to know.

This feature is available ONLY in FM-PAC. None of the internal or other external cartridges implement that. I think you should be able to recognize this feature from "PAC2OPLL" string, but in real life you can't because some of the clones have used that string as well.

Parts list for the latest board:

- resistor 22 kOhm 0805 - 4
- resistor 2.2 kOhm 0805 - 5
- resistor 174 kOhm 0805 - 1
- resistor 100 Ohm 0805 - 2
- resistor 68 Ohm 0805 - 2
- resistor 1 kOhm 0805 - 1 (for port F4)
- resistor 4.7 kOhm 0805 - 1 (for port F4)
- resistor 10 kOhm 0805 - 1
- capacitor tantal/electrolythic 10 uF 16v - 1 (form factor A/B)
- capacitor tantal/electrolythic 1 uF 10v - 4 (form factor A/B)
- capacitor tantal/electrolythic 2.2 uF 10v - 2 (form factor A/B)
- capacitor tantal/electrolythic 47 uF 16v - 2 (form factor C/D)
- capacitor ceramic 100 nF 0805 - 3
- capacitor ceramic 300-500 pF 0805 - 2 (optional)
- diode 1N4148 SMD - 1 (for port F4)
- microchip 74LS30 SOP - 1
- microchip 74LS04 SOP - 1
- microchip 74LS30 SOP - 1 (for port F4)
- microchip 74LS125 SOP - 1 (for port F4)
- microchip 74LS74 SOP - 1 (for port F4)
- microchip 74LS02 SOP - 1 (for port F4)
- microchip YM2413 DIP18 - 1
- microchip LM4558 DIP8 or similar - 1
- microchip EPROM 27с128 or 27с256 or 27с512 PLCC32 - 1
- microchip CPU Z80 (Z84) DIP40 - 1
- sockets DIP40, DIP8, DIP18, PLCC32 - 1 each
- voltage regulator 78L05 - 2
- jumper pins 20 pin, straight, single row, 2.5mm - 2
- jumper pins (right angle) 3 pin, single row, 2.5mm - 2
- jumper pins (right angle) 2 pin, single row, 2.5mm - 2
- jumper, 2.5mm - 1 (optional)

Possible to use 74HC series chips instead of 74LS. When using 27c512, the OE signal must be connected to RD instead of CS1! When using 27c256 the jumper selects first or second 16kb part of ROM image.

Hi Alexey,

Do you still have spare boards left, as I would be interested in one?

Sorry, can't understand what you mean. Did you pick up the package with the device or you have already installed it in 8235?

Thx to confirm it. The other external cartridges are not official it's therefore normal.
