The Philips 8000/8010 and it's derivates from Phonola, Schneider and Radiola and the Dragon MSX 64 computers seems to be the only European manufactured MSX back in the days?
The Triton PC64 was developed in Britain?
Officially not an MSX, there was the Frael Bruc 100, but has there been more?

Fenner MSX was an Italian MSX, but manufactured by Samsung in Korean and Sanyo in Japan.
The Philips NMS 800/801 was designed in Italy and manufactured by Celint (UK).
