Hi
I currently am using a Panasonic A1-WX and MFR SCC+ SD
I would like to recreate the two original system disks and write them to blank disks
Hopefully I can then use them to start Pananonic's bundled software that was originally included
Every method I have tried from online sources fails to write to the FDD (I have verified that the disk is good)
MFR is A:
MFR SD Card is B:
FDD is C:
One disk image is named FS-A1WX1.DSK
I get very close to success with DSK-PRO, but it seems to only show options for copying one FDD to another FDD
How do I load the .DSK file and then write the contents to the FDD?
Thank you

These two old gems are great tools as well.
But are those DSK files sector-based? Wouldn't just mounting the DSK file as a drive be enough to just copy *.* to B:?

By the way. I'm quite interested in those disks as I have that computer, but not any disk that came with it. Care to share?

You can use FDLOAD included in the MFR SCC+ SD ROM Disk.
FDLOAD FS-A1WX.DSK C:

OK, this is what i get with fdload to C:
using MFR cart after choose "Q" to quit MM

It shows credits for the dev
then "File Loaded. Thank You."
but zero FDD activity

Also, does anyone know why MM won't save my "sort" preferences? It drives me crazy.

That is because saving sorted directories in Multi Mente is only supported on FAT12, and you are most likely using a FAT16 volume.

There is no ability to have Multi Mente sort by default afaik.

So the aim was to use these dsk files on panasonic msx2+ machines. Then emu-fdc or any floppy controller with gotek drive can use the dsk files directly.

No the whole point is to be able to write the original system disks for use in a FDD
I want to send a friend the three Turbo R GT system disks also

Yes, I was too focused on using a fancy way of copying the disk contents
I just did a MAPDRV to G: and then COPY *.*
Haha, I'm so dumb
