Just picked up my first MSX2+ computer!
Never used MSX before. I bought a MegaFlashROM SCC+ SD. When I boot it screen shows that it see the card and 2 SD cards, continues to boot then I get a screen in Japanese and can get to the Nextor loading of the MegaFlash
Can anyone please help?
You can start by toggling the firmware switch, right next to the RenSha controller slider. Then you won’t have to go through that screen with Japanese text

You have to partition the SD card from BASIC. To do this do the following:
1. Exit MultiMente
2. In Nextor prompt type BASIC followed by enter key
3. In MSX BASIC type CALL FDISK followed by enter key.
4. Follow the on screen instructions, select the MegaFlashROM, the first SD card
5. Create 1 or more partitions and finally write the changes to the SD card.
Put the SD into your PC and copy some ROM and DSK games to the first partition.

Yup I was surprised to hear music in the firmware!!!
