curly brackets on NMS8280 - which keys ?

Hello All

my german keyboard of philips NMS 8280 does not allow me to type curly brackets --> {}
I tried all keys, also with code, graph key pressed. But no luck.

Does anybody knows where to get a keyboard layout ? Even the user manual I found, does not show curly brackets :-( ????

Try Code key with Shift and 8 (or 9)
