My advice: just keep an eye on eBay. Every once in a while, an item like that pops up. Be prepared to take out your wallet though, as I've seen them going for € 300++,-. But hey, good luck finding one!
The seller will not send the game outside japan, so I think you have to buy it using MOJ, Rinkya or maybe there is another way to get it shipped outside Japan?
Before buying something from japan, always (try to) read the text of the auction after translating it with Google translate, Babelfish or OCN
I'll just keep my eyes open and my wallet close... and wow, I knew it would be expense, but damn. Looks like the price ranges from $350 - $500 USD, which is higher than I thought, but hey... if ya gotta get it, ya gotta get it.

BUT: Watch out. The seller is "soukasen3". In the past he may have used several ebayaccounts to place bids on his own items, to get a higher final price. So don't get into a "bid-war", but stay cool...
If your tempted by soukasen3's auctions don't even bother. He may have loads of sought after games, but don't expect to walk out with with your coffer. The moment he sees the bids are too low, he come in with his dupe accounts and bid shields at the last minute like crazy. Especially for rare games like Snatcher, Zanac, and Metal Gear he'll continue to bid shield until it reaches pass $300.
