Spectravideo svi 318-328

AFAIK you are one of the team deveping OpenMSX, aren't you? I don't know why you cannot run blueMSX (maybe because you don't have Windows machine), but why don't you use OpenMSX instead? There is OpenMSX for Linux machines and you know well that OpenMSX emulates SVI-3x8 just as fine and flawlessly as MSX. So why don't you use it to play Frantic Freddy and/or any other SVI-3x8 games and software just for fun or whatever? Don't say you cannot run OpenMSX too.
