In your first email you said all was working great. Copy and paste:

In you second email, you said you wanted a refund AND THEN send it back. I just replied that I'll refund as soon as I get the cartridge back and checked all is right.
If F1 option in recovery does not erase your game, then you have not loaded a ROM, but a DSK.

I don't see any reason to not make a video of the process you describe: load a ROM, reboot holding DEL+ESC (in your case) and see the ROM game boot again. Also, entering in recovery, pressing F1 and check if the games boots or not. It is quite easy and everybody here can check whether is a defect in the cartridge or you are just using it wrong.

The return process has already been initiated, paypal is just waiting for your response and once you respond through paypal I can mail it back to you today with tracking.

and my problem is not with disk images, I was able to load disk images no problem, and change the disks no problem, I didn't get around to figuring out how to do multiple disk games but that's irrelevant. Once I started trying a rom is when I got into trouble. You keep going back to saying I loaded a disk image and not a rom. Anyway, forget it. I'm not looking for help with this cart, just a return. I'm done messing around with it

Throwing more ideas here:
Why don't you try to use SOFARUN?
Sofarun method to load roms and DSKs is not permanent, the game won't boot after reset (which I preffer) so this would solve any issue regarding game deletion (either if it is a ROM or a DSK).

Give it a try and let us know if you have problems installing sofarun (I had to change all the A: to B: on the 2 .ini files)
It works like a charm and it also gives you lots of extra options (such as to add SCC to regular PSG ROM games).

Well... you don't post a picture of the crooked SD card, you don't post a video of the problem, ask for a refund before sending the cartridge back...

Please, flash a ROM in the cartridge and let it "stuck", so I can check it here. As soon as you confirm it, I'll reply to PayPal so you can start the return process.

I'll make a video of your cartridge: opening the package, inserting it in the computer and testing loading a ROM, erasing it, etc. I hope you have no problems with that.

You don't want to respond to paypal that's fine, you have 10 days to reply or they just refund me but if you want to drag it out another 10 days just because you can, that's fine.

I admit I was frustrated, and I may have been a little harsh on your product, and I was wrong for that, but now you're just being difficult with the return process.

Here's your pic for the sd card. Sits a little crooked, looks a little cheap my opinion which I didn't want to bring back up since I felt I was being a little harsh but you insist on it so here it is:

I have not said that. I asked you to flash a ROM a let it "stuck" as you described, so I can check the cartridge as soon as I get it.
I also don't understand why you refuse to prove the problems you describe. Taking a picture is quite easy these days.
Making a video of the problems does not seem complex/hard task.

I have no problem responding to PayPal, but I need to know what is happening. Depending on the case (the cartridge is faulty or you are using it wrong) I must choose between PayPal's different options.
Making and uploading a video should take 10-15 minutes. We are expending more time chatting in the forum.

Can you post the picture uncropped? Or just a front shot? In this way we can check its position relative to the cartridge case, not the sticker (that is not glued to the SD socket)
Anyway, it seem ok to me.

lol now you want pics uncropped, like I said I was being a little harsh while I was frustrated and I only posted this pic because you're now pretty much demanding I do so. Video is being uploaded to youtube as we speak so you will have the video you demand aswell.

will take a few minutes since it's a little large video as I demonstrated the process 3 times.
