This is normal. Roms are loaded before disks, and roms in slot 1 are loaded before slot 2. Erase the rom from the MFRSCC+SD before loading the ROM in the MMM (or press the escape key during boot).

Yes, this is normal. To obtain the best support of Roms ROM2MMM executes the Roms with a reset thus if you insert another ROM in a lower slot, it will be executed in first exactly as when the MSX starts.
You can load also the Game Master Rom into the MegaFlashRom.

I read somewhere that Playsoniq hang-up on 1chipmsx if we used the OCM-PLD Pack from KdL below the v3.2.2.
What firmware you have installed?

Defender is already converted but from what I remember it works on MSX1 only. I did not put it in the ZIP.
I tried for POPEYE and BUMP 'N JUMP but I did not manage to make them work.
I did not try for JUMPMAN Jr and MINER.
