Due to an unknown amount of orders being delayed, Team Nowind calls for Sunrise customers to report their order status. In an effort to gain insight into the scope of the problem, the goal is to gather a list of all people that have ordered a Nowind interface at Sunrise but have not yet received their order. People who did receive their order already are also asked to report about this.

With this information Team NoWind will try and find out the most actual order status for each order and attempt to find a collective solution to all Nowind order problems.

Mr. Hiep should have a todo list I think... He could contact the waiting customers for the status... How hard can it be, really?

Thank you, indeed. When digging up the payment info I realized I had ordered four, not three Nowinds. Paying 300 Euros for nothing isn't anything I'd like to do frequently Tongue

Nice initiative, hopefully it brings better results to individual complains. Is there anyone else who had similar issues but with ordering a Denyonet?

@Maggoo: Sort of. I designed the Denyonet package and as some sort of payment, I would get a denyonet.

Still no Denyonet here (yet).

Last I heard those cartridges are out of stock. Someone should produce a new batch, ’cause it’s a nice form factor.

I have not received mine and glad that there is an action plan. Still I would not mind waiting a little longer in the hopes that Sunrise would fulfill orders. I think this is not the first time people have been upset with Sunrise and it is my understanding that in the past Sunrise shipped all the stuff it was supposed to ship.

I don't support Sunrise anymore since I got my Manbow 2 copy in very bad condition... It also took a long time to arrive home... Once and no more, Sunrise...

hi there.
im not sure where to put my payment documents and my name etc.. so i put it here 1st

i has ordered 1 pcs of nowin2 from Rob Hiep.
i has paid it from my bank: Nordea FIN at : 29.01.2014 total amount of 89 eur.
i have receipt and photograph also. how i add these in here?
i did NOT receive never my paid nowid2. this is bad.
where to contact ? who is gathering informations ?
please help me.

Anyone that payed sunrice and didn't get there Nowind within 1 month, should consider asking for a refund and if there is no reply then i would go to the police to report this. Sunrise has a bad rep for delivering goods, its time they step up or pay the price.
