Hi guys , 2 days ago i payed for sd snatcher retranslation project melancholia patch but no one answer me and nothing received yet...Someone have bought this patch before?

Another user at MRC "Atjantis" is complaining too about this translation because he didn´t received the translation he paid for:

The people at melancholia team should think about adding an automated payment gateway for download procedure at their website if they are unable to dispatch the files when an user pays and keep silent after days.......

Or maybe I should just update the site with a text mentioning that it can take a couple of days before the patch is sent, because I have to do it manually and can do it only when at home (which, luckily, is not the place I always am).

I performed payment last week, it is not a message at website informing that a couple of days would be needed.... because it may take much longer to deliver...

I think a mail informing when will it be delivered (1 week, 2 weeks... whatever) and a message in the website that it will dispatched as soon as possible, depending on team availability... that will make the costumer not feel like money have sent for nothing....

If you only have an automated mail response... and nothing more.... it's getting on people's nerves...

Please, send translation when it could be possible, but please, notify when this could be...

The point is that the patch is sent by mail, so by the time I am in the position to send a mail, the patch is sent.

In your specific case I don't see what you mean. Your order and your payment arrived at June 26th, the same date the patch was sent. There were only seven hours in between, which is because your order arrived in the morning and I could not send anything while at work...

Hey, we did our best to deliver a great translation; nobody ever promised advanced ordering technologies or great customer services Wink. I have to do this all alone as well and just don't sit behind my (private) computer all day!

In my personal experience, I received the patch inmediately after the payment. Congratulations again for this amazing patch absolutely a must-have to enjoy Sd Snatcher completely!

The point is that patch did not arrive.... I do not have any patch at all... ¿did you send the patch the same day? I only have one mail with the order confirmation...

Hey!

Public apologies for user Sama, I got the patch the same day I performed payment.

The problem was that order confirmation arrived to inbox, and later, the patch arrive to spam folder, surely because of the attachment... I was relying on inbox arrival, after receiving order confirmation, but I have checked after Sama response and I found it....

My apologies to Sama for this missunderstanding, great work, and quick response. Happy to contribute to a project like this.
