Come on, try to have a look at your post through the eyes of someone that is not you.

About the indoctrination part - not at all feeling like starting a mudsling-fest, but my (initially neutral) perception of you is formed mainly by your own actions.
I'm indeed a dumbass: for knowing full well where this was inevitably heading and still wasting time on the issue.

Suggestion for improving the website : each inlogged visitor should be able to not even see some messages by building himself a list of non-desired users.

A while back I already wrote an unofficial user.js userscript for this mars2000you. I had to update it due to the changed HTML layout though: https://gist.github.com/FiXato/1316472
You can download the raw user.js file from that gist, and drag it into your Chrome extensions. You can also load it using extensions such as GreaseMonkey

This is an unofficial script though, and while it works on my end (even though atm I don't use it), it is not supported.

Try to imagine it's not GuyveR800 wrote:

The WOOMB DRM was cracked years ago. In fact, within 24 hours of its launch. Everything is in the .sbn file.
If you know where to find them, there are tools that can anonymise the .sbn file and extract its contents.

Then you need the IPS patches from the MSX IPS Archive to play them on your real MSX, because the games were poorly hacked and without applying the IPS fixes only work properly on the built-in emulator.

As to not derail this topic completely: I am kinda curious what the original terms and conditions of the WOOMB games said about the DRM used, and if it said anything about what would happen to it in the event of the service stopping.

I'd also love some more technical information about what this DRM entails. Is it a simple call-home system where a certain string is expected to be returned by some sort of activation server?

Facts are not a popular thing on this site.

I'll tell you everything I know in private, if you want.

Thanks for the script, it works also very good with Firefox 23.0.1. :)

Correct... That's why there's so many users here... They all hate facts... Hannibal

Indeed it seems lies and dumbassery are preferred over verifyable facts and intelligent conversation. The hole you guys dug for yourselves is hard to get out of, sure, but it can be done. Just open your mind.

And remember what I said about being fair to your users!
