Contacting ITNY seems to be the correct method, I think. Maybe Eugeny Brychkov can help you, his Gr8bit, a DIY msx, is officially licenced according to his website: http://gr8bit.ru/gr8bit_licensing.html

Thanks. I sent mail to Eugeny Brychkov and gr8bit web site. I hope I can get the license.

@mygodess: I believe asking for MSX license is unnecessary and a time waste. Don't worry about the idiots claiming license problems. Just ignore them. You're selling a simple FPGA machine with open source Z80-based computer implementation, not an MSX. You don't need any license for that.

@Lord_Zett, @vanfanel.
I agree with you guys. I'm trying to get the license just for 'fight' with the guys who just want to 'fight'.
I didn't do the mass production and I was just trying to share the MSX with the people who like, but some of
the strange guys just want to make Zemmix Neo as a copycat. I don't want my 'baby' is called copycat.
That's why I just want to get MSX license just in case if there is the way.

Say, where did you get your PCBs manufactured? I'm looking to make a Zemmix Neo for myself, but I would like to know which PCB manufacturer you used.

You could send the gerber file to any PCB factory. I used small Korean company to make.
I'm pretty sure you will need lots of money to make PCB and Zemmix Neo itself.
If you make small amount of PCB and electrical parts, it costs almost twice or 3 times the Zemmix Neo.
You need to buy USB Blaster or similar CPLD programmer also. (Maybe costs around $100)
Anyways, I hope you could make Zemmix Neo for your version. Smile Good Luck to you.

I tried going through OSH Park, but ended up with these errors when I upload the ZIP file:

I can't find a top layer file
I can't find a bottom layer file
I can't find a top solder mask file
I can't find a bottom solder mask file
I can't find a board outline file

What's the deal with this? OSH Park is said to have good prices, but with these errors, I can't get anywhere. Could someone recommend an alternative to OSH Park?

Here's the site, by the way: http://www.oshpark.com/

P.S. I can build my own programmer for the FPGA. I'm covered on that end.

EDIT: It looks as if OSH Park is picky about the file format. Take a look at this: http://www.oshpark.com/guidelines

What's what in the Gerber files for the Zemmix Neo?

EDIT 2: I took a look at the Gerber files in a Gerber viewer, and for whatever reason, everything lines up except the Drill.pho file. It's noticeably offset to the right. Is this normal?

@Ace.
comp.pho is the top layer file, sold.pho is the bottom layer file.
mask1.pho is top solder mask, mask2.pho is bottom solder mask.
board outline is included in any of pho.
I don't know what is OSH Park but I used these files to make Zemmix Neo.
I saw all the file with AutoVue and it is just OK with that.
You could change filename to OSH park version though.

I normaly use Beta Layout , they can also do the parts assembly and/or deliver a lasercut stencil to place the smd parts.
They also do 3D printing and frontpanel prototyping.
IMHO the place where you can order a compete NEO if you add some 3D files for the housing and a nice frontpanel :D

Probably it will costs 3x or 4x more if you just order 1 instead of a bulk order.

Also a PCB order service that is realy cheap is : Jackaltac

Okay, so I got the files renamed for OSH Park and got them uploaded. They're asking about $275 for 3 boards. Sounds about right? Or is this too much?
