Welcome to the 'Give the One Chip MSX a new name'-challenge. Here, you can give your suggestions on what should be the name for this new MSX computer. The rules are simple. Just tell us the name you were thinking of, and the reason why you picked and/or like that name. If it's an abbreviation, please tell us the full meaning of the abbreviation as well. Please keep in mind the machine is to be distributed internationally, so a name that sounds nice all around the world is preferred. Also, you do not have to use 'MSX' in your proposed name.

Please send in your suggestions as separate forum posts with no extra text or information added to it. For example

Name: One Chip MSX
Reason: I got kinda used to the working title

Name: The Home Tweakomputer!
Reason: it's not per se an MSX, it's more like a home computer you can tweak to your liking.
More ideas later when I have more inspiration

Does the list of suggestions for MSX PLAYer still exist?
(And who send them...)
BEcause, IIRC, I suggested MSX Replayer. That's quite close

ARIGATO japanese for thanking some one (and i want to thank asci for those msx years)
NEKO japanese for cat (in japan even a cat has the same value as family member)
NOPMS New Open Programable MSX Standard (because its an open system to rebuild)
MSX2K5 msx of 2005 the release yeat of the new msx
1CMS 1 chip msx standard/or 1 chip msx system (cause there's only 1 chip to rule them all)
