:/ ...but.. they're awesome!

neither contains Nemesis 3 MSX though... Gradius 2 arcade is perhaps the most like Nemesis 3.

Gradius V does contain some elements which are similar to Nemesis 3, most notably the different options for ... options. Tongue

I wish they would of remade Kings Valley 1&2 on any new consul, that was a well made game also so is Nightmare 1&2. Man MSX games are the backbone and the ansestors of all the games we see and play today, the sad part is that the majority of todays players have no clue nor they acknowledge the MSX especially in the States. By the way, I was reading the history of the MSX on this site (Well Written) and I would like to add to that history trivia by stating that the MSX was very big in the Middle East especially in Iraq and the Gulf countries. The authorized dealer there was a company called AL-ALAMIA and the MSX was called SAKHAR MSX and it came with two languages English & Arabic, I do have one myself in a mint condition, is the MSX 170 model Cool

Well, if you trully wanted those MSX back there, then here you go:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Konami_Antiques_MSX_Collection

They will be available for PSP and PS3 soon.

Those were available for PSX/PS1 long ago, I have them all.

So far, Gradius V is the best of them, GFX, sound, effects in general and it has that "old time" feeling.

For PSP I think it will only be available in Japan.  For PS3 it will be as download (AFAIK).
