There's two european releases from F1-Spirit: one in normal Konami box and the other in that small box with transparent plastic inlay. No other differences than the box size and the bigger price as those are somewhat collector items. Also few other games were released in this smaller box like Vampire Killer, Nemesis 2, Penguin Adventure etc.

Hmm, that shouldn't be a problem once you increase your IKEA bookshelf collection.
