Spent the first 22 years in Sweden, thinking about crayfish parties and eating herring is making me homesick..

Ever tried herring the "bøkling"-way? Its a herring that is cured through hot smoking and even though most fishes taste really good when treated with hot smoking the herring is special.. arghs, watering mouth
