IMO (and I'm being impulsive here), it's quite lame to retract messages like that. I prefer people being honest rather than hypocrite.

The EDIT function is what the word says, ie. to edit your post to update information in it, or correct errors. It's not meant as a DELETE button, simple.

With all respect, but who are you to tell what may be editted and what not? I don't see your point.

In your first reaction in this topic you acused Argon of hipocrasy. In the second post you say that it is not allowed to remove the posting.

At the moment I prefer Argons attitude, he removes his comments because he thinks its better to not say that.

It would do you no harm if you did the same, look back at what you type before you press Submit. Or even after you posted... In stead of just type and don't care what the effect is.

Notes:
1: This behaviour really pissed me of, so if I sound pissed, that's right
2: I wish I could express myself better in English
3: I remove these words if and whenever I like to
