Hi Hans,
may I ask you some clarifications?

Does manual refer to MSX-C 1.10 ? (and not to MSX-C 1.20)
What do you mean with "unpublished work"?
Could you provide some photos of the material?
Thanks

I did not see any mention of a version, just a date of publication.

It is not scanned nor published on the internet! I bought it for that reason, but it never happened.
Could you provide some photos of the material?
See http://sales.hansotten.nl/uploads/hanso/msx/ for a slide show of binder and content pages.

This is very interesting stuff. From the date I suspect it is from the original MSX-C, published in 1985, not from versions 1.1 or 1.2 (published in 1987 and 1989 I believe). The original MSX-C was really expensive, about 100,000yen, so the chances of finding the original packaging those days are very slim (and btw, the original manual was about 350 pages). But the most interesting here is that the documentation is in English, while I assume the documentation bundled with the original MSX-C was in Japanese, and AFAIK it wasn't released outside Japan. So pretty cool stuff here...
BTW, I have MSX-C 1.1 and the MSX-C Library, both completes and original. MSX-C 1.1 was sold for about 20,000yen (~US$200), so a little easier to find those days. In fact, taking the price difference into account, I am not even sure if the original MSX-C and MSX-C 1.1 are the same program. I heard that 1.1 and 1.2 are LSI C-80, but I am not sure about MSX-C 1985.

So there exist also an MSX-C previous to 1.1... let's say an MSX-C 1.0 Question

350 pages!?
I'd like to know how deep/technical was that documentation, for example if the .TCO file format is explained anywhere...

Here msx user fukenko confirmed 1.1 and 1.2 are from LSI...

Sounds like there are more users interested to MSX-C than it would appear at first sight...

There is a MSX-C version from 1985 that was sold for 98000yen. I assume that is MSX-C 1.0 (though they just call it MSX-C).
Then there are MSX-C 1.1 and 1.2, from 1987 and 1989 respectively. 1.2 was created to support DOS2, but I don't know the differences between 1.0 and 1.1, besides the price, which decreased from 98000 to 19000 yen. I personally have MSX-C 1.1, and I have the advertising for all 3 versions from ASCII's MSX Magazine.
