I keep getting an "Error 403" from the passionmsx website both with the above link and with the root (www.passionmsx.com). Any idea why? Is it working for you?

LOL - chance would be a fine thing - the manual is in Japanese. Was this game only released in Japan?

Thanks to all for the links. I have now managed to download the Japanese manual. Is there a fairly painless way to translate this?
