Thanks! Really I did not espect to achieve the 1st place, maybe the low rate samples do the difference and that is a shared work. So @ARTRAG You are included in this 1st place.

Wink

BTW, how do you play low-fi samples during music?
Have you included the samples in some audio format supported by open replayers?

It could be very cool to have this feature in some trackers and players (WYZtracker/player for example)
I bet also that by shifting the frequencies of the 3 channels of a sample one could make a sort of musical instrument to play simple musics.
Nothing that a pc tracker cannot handle Wink

The problem of playing a sample as an instrument should already be documented in literature

From my understanding, the result is about translating the 3 channels of a given amount of Hz up or down.
Something having to do with 2^(n/12)

Oh my god NOOOOoooo!!! That is MATH and that is not my forte.

Evil

That is why I always bet for INDEPENDENT HARDWARE SOUND PROCESSING (Y8950,MOONSOUND,DEVELO BOX) because that give you more CPU resources for other things.
DEVELO BOX is my favorite at this moment I see a lot potential benefits.

Then, for example, only rotating bits the pitch of the sample will change in +-1 octave as a single freq? or I'm wrong?
If so, This is very interesting! the first thing to do is to sort the the channel's frecuency : A=high B= med C=low for a best manage of the calculations.
