Technically incredible.
Is it screen 5 ?
is it possible to have some details on how it was done?
The scrolling is the most incredible part!

I think the platforms are will within the 5kb/int limit tho, I guess it's brute-force copying..

Well, it was developed on a real MSX2 (Daewoo). It works great on my real MSX2. Smile Damn, it's really very smooth and with that cool background and animations.... Yummy.

I'm also wondering how it's done exactly. Also how it can fit in 64kB VRAM... I guess you need double buffering to get it this smooth, but that takes another page... Where to leave all graphics data?

Perhaps we're overlooking something because these developers took the ZX-Spectrum approach of developing a game as opposed to the MSX2 (VDP) approach?

Thanks for the bump, looks interesting!

Seems this was an entry (MEGA-Challenge #01: Ball Quest) in the 2007 MRC MEGA-Challenge (results)

Developer's website (where there's a .dsk version available for download + a level editor)
