ROM was the disk magazine of the United MSX Force (UMF). After 6 editions this diskmagazine merged with Sunrise (or vice versa).

Merged with SRM?
Correct me when wrong, but here's my story:

ROM 'was' going to merge with SRM, but didn't, so SRM came to MGF Magazine and released a few (at least one) SRM there, after which that merge quit as well, cuz MGF wasn't allowed to use the SRM txt route and some other things which we couldn't agree with (but this is so long ago that I don't remember the details)...
