On May 20th, ASCII started taking pre-orders on the new One Chip MSX.

On July 13th, TNI announced the annual MSX fair in Bussum was to be held on October 1st this year and started taking registrations for standholders.

A week ago, the first entries to the Let's Pong contest were released. Since then, two more pong interpretations were released, both not crossing the 1kB barrier: Fifepong (by Fifeton) and 1KPong! (by pooogramer).

The Japanese MSX composer Wiz has released a double CD album with no less than 52 chiptune tracks created on MSX using the PSG, SCC and OPLL sound chips. The album was be released on Comic Market 68 at a price of 1,000 yen.
