This Saturday, the fifth edition of the FMPSG compilation series will be released on the M3 (Music + Mediamix Market) event in Tokyo, Japan. The album contains 27 chiptune tracks, including 4 tracks recorded from MSX.

Amusement Center have re-released the PC-8801 version of Telenet's RPG XZR. The game was released on MSX as well, in 1988.

In July, Denyu-Sha is to launch Sorcerian Online, an online multiplayer game inspired by Falcom's Sorcerian series, which was released for MSX in 1991.

Darkstone website - moved

We have just updated the link to Darkstone in our section of links to MSX websites. The website, which contains information on MSX casemods (!) and Darkstone software, recently moved to a new location.

Multi Mente is a popular file management tool for MSX-DOS2, which is used by many people who have an IDE, SCSI or CompactFlash interface. Generally the tool is quite fast, but when copying many (sub)directories at a time, it can get quite annoying that Multi Mente asks for a confirmation each time a new directory on the target location is to be created.

The ever growing retrogaming music archives of Retro PC Game Music were updated with the soundtrack of the Sharp X1 version of Falcom's side-scrolling RPG Sorcerian.
