As a lot of people might expect, Metal Gear Origin is not a new Konami sequel (or prequel) in the famous Metal Gear series. Even a brief look at the website might let you believe that this site comes straight from the 'real thing'. However, Konami is not behind all this...

A new version of the english translation of Shalom (Knightmare 3), originally by Konami was released today. In this version you can play the game up to the point where boss 7 and 8 are beaten. According to the website about 90% of the game is translated.

About a week after the release of the Japanese GXSCC beta223, a newer, English version arrives.GXSCC enables you to play SMF, MID and RPC files on a software-emulated SCC chip. New in this version compared to beta223J:

  • The pre-process (acquisition of a music name, play time, etc.) of buffering was accelerated considerably.

After the completion of the West-Friesland archive with the booklets of the magazines, Hans Otten helped making more magazines available online.Not only MSX-Club West-Friesland magazines can be found in the archive, but also MSX-Club Friesland-Noord and MSX-Club Kennemerland are added to the archive.All magazines are in Dutch.
