TMS320C32 DSP cartridge available.

The TMS320C32 DSP cartridge contains a 32 bit TMS320C32 chip from Texas Instruments running at 40Mhz, with 1Mbyte Flash memory and 128Kbyte of SRAM. Both the Flash and SRAM memories are 32-bit, but are accessed by the MSX in 16 and 8 bit.

At Gigamix you can now download a lot of MSX-software (and even more to come). Downloads are DM-System 2, MGS-Driver 3.20 (and also all players for MGS files), Disk Mail disk magazines (contains all kinds of things like BGM selectors, games, etc.

Only a few weeks after the release of version 0.36, a new version of the popular MSX Emulator NLMSX has been released.The improvements this time are: (as mentioned on their site)

  • added support for 'Normal RAM'
  • added 256 kbyte sample support for the Y8950.

ust a couple of hours after the first post about GXSCC another version was announced!It's an autoupdater for version beta127, so it's smaller in size.Changes of this update:

  • Files including 'lower music sound modules trap' aimed at Roland series were never sounded.
