French MSX translator DJANGO has quietly been releasing a couple of new run-of-the-mill translations the past couple of weeks. Consistently, his effortless effort is partial yet makes the games less puzzling than the original Japanese versions.

It's been silent for a while around MSXdev, but with little over two months left before the deadline, you can expect new games to be announced and finished in the coming months. Take this new announced entry for instance: Retaliot!

This game is made by a new development team: Video Hazard, which is formed by Madonna Mk2 and True Video: both former Matra members.

Those of you who recall the MSX2 remakes of Alien 8 and Knight Lore will have the detailed and outstanding graphics still burnt in their memory for sure. The people behind Retroworks clearly know their skills, and what do you do with such skills?

Relevo Videogames shows no signs of slowing down, being one of the most active MSX game developers of this moment. The latest announcement is about IOTZM. This game is announced to be an action side-scroller arcade and (like La Corona Encantada) will be true multiplatform. And that's all the information there is, the game will be developed in secret.
